ReportWala does not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated documents. You must manually verify all citations, data points, and claims.
ReportWala offers a "Medical case study" format for academic documentation only. Pursuant to Google Gemini’s API terms of service, this platform MUST NOT be used in clinical practice, to provide medical advice, or in any manner requiring medical-device regulatory approval. All generated medical content is strictly for educational purposes and must not influence patient care, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
You are responsible for the security and usage costs of the Google Gemini API key you provide. We do not store your API key persistently, but you acknowledge that generation actions on this platform will consume your API quota subject to Google's pricing.
ReportWala is operated by Protechy, located in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ReportWala at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by utilizing the data deletion process outlined in our Privacy Policy.
ReportWala is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and reserve the right to schedule maintenance or experience unexpected downtime without prior notice.
